PARTIES & POSITION APPOINTMENT
This Employment Contract ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of signing, by and between [employer_name] ("Employer"), and [employee_name], residing at [employee_address] ("Employee"). TERM OF EMPLOYMENT & TERMINATION

NON-SOLICITATION: For a period of one (1) year following the termination of employment, Employee shall not directly or indirectly solicit, recruit, or attempt to hire any employee of the Employer, nor attempt to solicit, divert, or entice away any clients, customers, or business partners of the Employer.
GOVERNING LAW
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION: This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be litigated or arbitrated in the courts of Connecticut.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the employment relationship and overrides all prior oral or written agreements.
