GENERAL PROVISIONS
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
This Bill of Sale constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding this sale and supersedes any prior negotiations or agreements.
This is a record of a completed transaction. Once signed, ownership of the above-described property transfers from Seller to Buyer.
Any modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
State-Required Provisions
WASHINGTON VEHICLE REPORT OF SALE (RCW § 46.12.650): Seller warrants unencumbered title. Seller MUST file a Vehicle Report of Sale with the Washington DOL within 5 business days to be released from liability. Buyer must transfer title within 15 calendar days.
