PARTIES

This Bill of Sale ("Agreement") is made on Invalid Date by and between:

FEDERAL ODOMETER DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

Seller certifies that this reading reflects the actual mileage of the vehicle.

Federal law (49 U.S.C. § 32705) and 49 C.F.R. Part 580 require that the transferor (Seller) state the mileage upon transfer of ownership, and that the transferee (Buyer) acknowledge that disclosure. Failure to complete or providing a false statement may result in fines and/or imprisonment.

BUYER ACKNOWLEDGMENT: Buyer is aware of the above odometer certification made by Seller and acknowledges receipt of this disclosure.

CONDITION AND WARRANTY

This item is sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS," with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer accepts the item in its current condition.

LIENS AND TITLE

Seller represents and warrants that the property is free and clear of all liens, security interests, and encumbrances, and that Seller has full legal right to sell the property.

Seller agrees to transfer title/registration to Buyer as part of this sale, in accordance with applicable state law.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

This Bill of Sale constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding this sale and supersedes any prior negotiations or agreements.

This is a record of a completed transaction. Once signed, ownership of the above-described property transfers from Seller to Buyer.

Any modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
